Should Jawad Be Free?

This video explains the habeas corpus case of Mohammed Jawad, a teenager when first captured, detained by the United States government for the past six years in Guantanamo. Credit must be given to the United States Army Prosecutor, Lt. Col. Darrel Vandeveld, who resigned rather than continue to participate in the trial. He has written a declaration in support of Mr. Jawad's habeas petition urging that Mr. Jawad be released.

Off topic. Your how to Subpoena Facebook article was helpful. Could you suggest specific language to use regarding a request for their account information, including private messages.

Myspace has an entire guide on how to properly send them a letter of preservation and subpoena. I have not been able to find a similar guide for facebook. Suggestions.

Thank you

I think there is a similar guide to facebook that we are trying to get. I will post it if I get it.

When using language, be specific and request exactly what you need including the private messages. You can also do a preservation letter to ask them to preserve the account while you get your subpoena together.
